ASSESSOR REGISTERED NURSE South West. Full - Time. Working closely with our Assessor Team, this role has overall responsibility for achieving service outcomes and responding to the complex care needs of Clients within our Extended Aged Care (EACH) and Community Nursing programs. Successful applicants will need to supply a current Police Clearance at their cost.
